How to prevent your dog from slipping out of the harness

Here's a quick little tip for those of you who have a superdog who loves to pull on the leash and slip out of his/her harness.  Of course the best way to prevent such an accident is to train your dog not to pull on the leash.  And we're working on that with our suborn little puggle...but...meanwhile, this is a great solution as far as "safety" is concerned.

Metal clip attached to collar

Take a metal clip (or carabiner depending on the strength of your dog) and attach it to her collar via a key ring or some other type of link.  Then use the clip to attach the collar to the dog's harness.  This way if your dog slips out of her harness she will still be attached to the collar.
